My Approach
There are seasons in every person’s life when mental health must take priority. Therapy is a meaningful opportunity for reflection, growth, and lasting change. At times, individuals may notice recurring patterns that no longer serve them or feel uncertain about how to navigate a challenging life experience. Therapy can help untangle the threads that weave one’s story – to gain clarity and develop a more intentional path forward.
My approach is rooted in creating a thoughtful and attuned environment where clients can deepen self-understanding, process lived experiences, and integrate aspects of themselves that may feel fragmented or inaccessible. I view this work as collaborative and honor the trust it takes to engage in the therapeutic process. As a therapist, I am empathic and grounded, while also offering direction when clinically appropriate. With a background in depth psychology, I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
In addition to my clinical practice, I serve as adjunct faculty in the MA Counseling Psychology program at Pacifica Graduate Institute. I value connection, nature, and community, which continue to inform both my personal and professional life.
I welcome the opportunity to support you in your process of healing and integration.
